
Ms. Henne attended Indiana University graduating Phi Beta Kappa. She continued her graduate studies at the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana. Upon graduation, she received a position as an appellate law clerk at the Second District Court of Appeal. She gained invaluable insight into the appellate process by clerking in Motions and Writs and also serving as a law clerk to the Honorable John M. Scheb. Ms. Henne has represented appellate clients in private practice for over 30 years.
Ms. Henne is actively involved in the Wilson Inn of Court, and was a member of the Bruce R. Jacob Appellate Inn of Court where she enhanced her skills in appellate representation. She has served as President of the Lakeland Bar Association, and served as Chairman of the Tenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee seeking to enhance professionalism in the legal profession. Ms. Henne was awarded the Jerry A. DeVane Award by the Lakeland Bar Association in recognition of her professionalism, scholarship and collegiality. She was also awarded the Wilson Inn of Court Professionalism Award.
