Trial Support

 As an appellate attorney, Ms. Henne understands that decisions made in the trial court affect the outcome of an appeal.  A success in the trial court is a hollow victory if it cannot be upheld in the appellate court.  Ms. Henne assists trial attorneys in preparing legal memorandums, researching and outlining legal arguments, and developing a successful trial strategy.

In addition, Ms. Henne has served as co-chair in litigation where there is a reasonable likelihood that an appeal will result regardless of the outcome in the trial court.  In those case, she assists in preserving legal arguments and laying the foundation for a successful appeal.
