Ms. Henne has represented many appellate clients over the past 30 years in a wide diversity of cases.  She has represented clients in various areas of the law including administrative, civil, criminal, family, property, estate, guardianship, and injunction appeals.  Many of the appeals were successfully resolved without written opinions, but some of the appeals resulted in written opinions and successful decisions as summarized in this section of the website.
